About payment of part of profit (income)

Based on paragraph two of subitem 2.10 of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 14, 2022 "About additional measures for ensuring stable functioning of economy" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 93

1. Determine that payment of the part of profit (income) which is subject to budget contribution * by results of work for 2021 economic societies according to appendix which general meetings of participants make the decision on dividend payout (distribution of part of profit) following the results of year is made by monthly equal shares in May-December, 2022 no later than the 22nd day of every month.

* According to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 28, 2005 No. 637 "About procedure for calculation in the budget of part of profit of the state unitary enterprises, the national associations which are the commercial organizations and also the income from the shares (share in authorized funds) of economic societies which are in republican and utility property and about formation of the state trust budget fund of national development".

2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
