About introduction of amendments to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 27, 1995 No. 57 and of March 3, 2022 No. 194
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 27, 1995 No. 57 "About approval of Rules of crossing of frontier by citizens of Ukraine" (the joint venture of Ukraine, 1995, No. 4, Art. 92; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2010, No. 65, Art. 2239; 2022, No. 25, the Art. 1346, No. 29, the Art. 1566, No. 30, the Art. 1615, No. 31, the Art. 1648) and of March 3, 2022 No. 194 "Some questions of booking of persons liable for call-up in the conditions of legal regime of warlike situation" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 25, the Art. 1274, the Art. 1305) changes which are applied.
2. Determine that draft deferments which were provided to persons liable for call-up by decisions of the Ministry of infrastructure regional, Kiev city military authorities before entry into force of this resolution, are valid during the term for which they are presented.
