For the purpose of ensuring realization of the constitutional powers of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, increase in efficiency of activities of public authorities in the field of foreign policy and promotion of international initiatives of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan I DECIDE:

1. Approve enclosed:

1) Regulations on the Special representative of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan on international cooperation;

2) changes and additions which are made to some presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. To the government of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with the established procedure to take the measures following from this Decree.

3. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing.
