1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure for purchase of scrap and waste of ferrous and non-ferrous metals at the population (citizens).
2. To the republican state bodies and other state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus, regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom in a month to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution and to take necessary measures for its realization.
3. This resolution becomes effective in month after its official publication, except for Item 2, and also this Item, becoming effective from the date of acceptance.
