About introduction of amendments to the order of the Chairman of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 30, 2015 No. 4 "About approval of qualification requirements and the list of the documents confirming compliance to them for implementation of activities in the spheres of ensuring information security and special technical means intended for conducting investigation and search operations"

I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Chairman of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 30, 2015 No. 4 "About approval of qualification requirements and the list of the documents confirming compliance to them for implementation of activities in the spheres of ensuring information security and special technical means intended for conducting investigation and search operations" (it is registered No. 10473, is published in the State register of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on March 31, 2015 in information system of law of Ad_let) the following changes:

1) qualification requirements and the list of the documents confirming compliance to them, for implementation of activities for development, production, repair and realization of the special technical means intended for conducting investigation and search operations, approved by the specified order to be reworded as follows according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) qualification requirements and the list of the documents confirming compliance to them, for implementation of activities for development of means of cryptographic information security, approved by the specified order to be reworded as follows according to appendix 2 to this order;

3) qualification requirements and the list of the documents confirming compliance to them, for implementation of activities for rendering services in identification of technical channels of information leakage and the special technical means intended for conducting investigation and search operations, approved by the specified order to be reworded as follows according to appendix 3 to this order.

2. To provide to service of information and cyber security of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this order the direction it in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Institute of the legislation and legal information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the Ministries of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) placement of this order on official Internet resource of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-chairman of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan Ergozhin D. E.

4. This order becomes effective after twenty one calendar days after day of its first official publication.
