About approval of qualification requirements and the list of the documents confirming compliance to them for implementation of activities in the spheres of ensuring information security and special technical means intended for conducting investigation and search operations

According to subitem 1-1) of Item 1 of article 12 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About permissions and notifications" I ORDER:

1. Approve enclosed:

1) qualification requirements and the list of the documents confirming compliance to them for implementation of activities for development, production, repair and realization of the special technical means intended for conducting investigation and search operations according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) qualification requirements and the list of the documents confirming compliance to them for implementation of activities for development of means of cryptographic information security according to appendix 2 to this order;

3) qualification requirements and the list of the documents confirming compliance to them for implementation of activities for rendering services in identification of technical channels of information leakage and the special technical means intended for conducting investigation and search operations according to appendix 3 to this order.

2. To provide to special information service of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its official publication;

2) placement of this order on official Internet resource of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the First Deputy Chairman of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after twenty one calendar days after day of its first official publication.
