LAW OF THE REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA

About modification of some regulations

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In article 36-4 of the Law on entrepreneurship and the companies No. 845/1992 (Monitor of Parliament of the Republic of Moldova, 1994, No. 2, of the Art. 33), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

in contents of Article of the word "Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure" shall be replaced with words "Ministry of Economics" in the corresponding case;

in the prolog of Item 1 of the word of "Minister of Economy and Infrastructure" shall be replaced with words "Minister of Economic Affairs";

in Item 2:

in the prolog of figure "11" to replace with figures "12";

the words "Ministries of Health, Work and Social Protection, Ministry of Agriculture, Regional Development and Environment" shall be replaced with words "The Ministries of Labour and Social Protection, the Ministry of Agriculture and the food industry, the Ministry of the environment,".

Art. II. - In the first paragraph of article 22 of the Law on Archive fund of the Republic of Moldova No. 880/1992 (The monitor of Parliament of the Republic of Moldova, 1992, No. 1, the Art. 20), with subsequent changes, words "Consumer protection and supervision agency of the market of the Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure", "The Ministries of Education, culture and researches," and "The Ministries of Agriculture, regional development and the environment." to replace respectively with words "The state inspectorate for supervision of non-food products and consumer protection", Ministry of Culture, and "The ministries of the environment.".

Art. 1. In all text of the law of the word "Ministry of Health, Work and Social Protection" shall be replaced with words "Ministry of Health" in the corresponding case.

Art. VII. - In the Law on health protection No. 411/1995 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1995, No. 34, of the Art. 373), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. In all text of the law of the word "Ministry of Health, Work and Social Protection" shall be replaced with words "Ministry of Health" in the corresponding case.

2. In part (2) Article 51-1 of the word "The Ministry of Education, culture and researches" shall be replaced with words "Ministry of Education and Research".

Art. IX. - Part (1) article 18 of the Law on the water protection zones and strips of the rivers and reservoirs No. 440/1995 (1995, 43, Art. 482), with subsequent changes, to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to No. in the following edition:

"(1) Monitoring of establishment and creation of the water protection zones and strips, creations of forest strips in the water protection zones of the rivers and reservoirs, and also observance of the mode of economic activity in them is performed by bodies of local public authority and body for water resources management.".

Art. XI. - In the Law on quality in construction No. 721/1996 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1996, No. 25, of the Art. 259), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. In all text of the law of the word "National Authority of Construction Management" shall be replaced with words "the central industry body of public management in the field of construction" in the corresponding case.

2. In parts (4) and (4-2) Articles 7 of the word "national authority of construction management" shall be replaced with words "the central industry body of public management in the field of construction" in the corresponding case.

3. In part (Article 37 of the word "The agency of construction and development of the territory" shall be replaced with words 4) "the central industry body of public management in the field of construction".

Art. XII. - In the prolog of part (2) article 1 of the Law on fruit growing No. 728/1996 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. Art. XIII. - In the Law on fundamentals of town planning and arrangement of the territory No. 835/1996 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1997, Art. No. 1-2, 2), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. In all text of the law of the word "body of the central public management of town planning and arrangement of the territory" shall be replaced with words "the central industry body of public management in the field of town planning and arrangement of the territory" in the corresponding case.

2. In part (2) Article 31 changes concern only the text in state language.

Art. XIV. - In part (4) article 7 of the Law on environmental assessment No. 851/1996 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1996, Art. No. 52-53, 494), with subsequent changes, shall be replaced with words the words "Ministries of Health, Work and Social Protection, Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure" "The Ministries of Health, the Ministries of infrastructure and regional development".

Art. XV. - In all text of the Commodity exchange act No. 1117/1997 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1998, No. 70, of the Art. 464), with subsequent changes, words of "Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure" shall be replaced with words "Ministries of Economics".

Art. XVI. - In part (2) Article 65 of the Join-stock companies law No. 1134/1997 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2020, Art. No. 372-382, 341), with subsequent changes shall be replaced with words words of "Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure" "The Ministries of Economics, the Ministries of infrastructure and regional development".

Art. XVII. - In the Tax code No. 1163/1997 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, special release of February 8, 2007), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:

1. In all text of the code of the word "Ministry of Agriculture, Regional Development and Environment" and "Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure" to replace respectively with the words "Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry" and "Ministry of Infrastructure and Regional Development" in the corresponding case.

Art. XXI. - In the Law on fund of the natural territories protected by the state, No. 1538/1998 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1998, Art. No. 66-68, 442), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. In line item of the 48th subsection b) the Section C) appendices 3 words "Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure" shall be replaced with words "The ministry of infrastructure and regional development".

2. In line item of the 12th appendix 6 of the word "Ministry of Agriculture, Regional Development and Environment" shall be replaced with words "The Ministry of Agriculture and the food industry".

3. In line item 2 appendices 10 of the word "Ministry of Agriculture, Regional Development and Environment" shall be replaced with words "The Ministry of Agriculture and the food industry".

4. In appendix 11:

in line items 2, of the 14 and 15 word "Ministries of Health, Work and Social Protection" shall be replaced with words "Ministries of Health";

Art. XXII. - In part (1) article 14 of the Law on payment for environmental pollution No. 1540/1998 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1998, Art. No. 54-55, 378), with subsequent changes, words "The Ministry of Agriculture, regional development and the environment." shall be replaced with words "The ministry of the environment.".
