About the register of organizers of cultural and spectacular actions

Based on part two of Item 3 of Article 213-1 of Kodeks Respubl_k_ аб cultures and for the purpose of streamlining of activities for the organization and holding cultural and spectacular actions, accounting and systematization of information on organizers of cultural and spectacular actions the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: Belarus

1. Create the register of organizers of cultural and spectacular actions (further – the register).

2. Approve Regulations on procedure for forming and maintaining the register of organizers of cultural and spectacular actions it (is applied).

3. Determine that:

organizers of cultural and spectacular actions (further – organizers) are subject to inclusion in the register according to the legislation on ministerial procedures, except for organizers from among state bodies, the state organizations and the organizations in which authorized capitals 50 and more percent of shares (shares) are in property of the Republic of Belarus and (or) its administrative and territorial units;

the organization and holding cultural and spectacular actions by the organizers who are subject to inclusion and are not included in the register are not allowed.

4. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

4.1. to add Item 5 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Culture approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 17, 2017 No. 40, with subitem 5.15-1 of the following content:

"5.15-1. creates and keeps the register of organizers of cultural and spectacular actions or authorizes the legal entity on its forming and maintaining;";
