THE ORDER OF THE NATIONAL AGENCY OF UKRAINE CONCERNING IDENTIFICATION, SEARCH AND ASSET MANAGEMENT, RECEIVED FROM CORRUPTION AND OTHER CRIMES

of March 23, 2022 No. 79

About introduction of amendments to orders of ARMAGH of February 15, 2019 No. 38 and of January 29, 2021 No. 41

According to Item 8 parts two of Article 7, Item 6 parts one of article 10 of the Law of Ukraine "About the National agency of Ukraine concerning identification, search and asset management, received from corruption and other crimes"

1. Bring in orders of ARMAGH of February 15, 2019 No. 38 "About approval of the Regulations on interregional territorial administrations of ARMAGH and introduction of amendments to some orders of ARMAGH", No. 41 registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 12, 2019 for No. 248/33219 and 29 of January, 2021 "About approval of the document forms constituted during control of effective management of assets", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 12, 2021 for change No. 182/35804 which are applied.

2. Provide to legal support division submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. I reserve control of execution of this order.
