About modification of the Procedure for development of state standard of social service

According to part three of article 17 of the Law of Ukraine "About social services", Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 17, 2015 No. 423 (with changes), I order:

1. Make change to the Procedure for development of state standard of social service approved by the order of the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine of May 16, 2012 No. 282, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 1, 2012 for No. 876/21188, having added subitem 2.1.3 of Item 2.1 of the Section II with the paragraph of the following content:

"In case of introduction of warlike situation in Ukraine or in its certain areas according to the Law of Ukraine "About legal regime of warlike situation" approbation of the draft standard is not carried out.".

2. To management of development of social services and protection of the rights of children (P.C. Sausage) to provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister Lebedtsov B. B.
