About introduction of amendments to the order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 23, 2015 No. 15-05/844 "About approval of the standard rate of inventory by types of pesticides and Rules of its use"

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 23, 2015 No. 15-05/844 "About approval of the standard rate of inventory by types of pesticides and Rules of its use" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 12332) the following changes:

state preamble in the following edition:

"According to the subitem 21) of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About protection of plants" I ORDER:";

to be reworded as follows the standard rate of inventory by types of pesticides approved by the specified order according to appendix to this order;

in Rules of use of inventory of the pesticides approved by the specified order:

state Item 1 in following editions:

"1. These rules of use of inventory of pesticides (further – Rules) are developed according to the subitem 21) of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About protection of plants" (further – the Law) and determine procedure for use of inventory of pesticides.";

state Item 14 in following editions:

"14. Updating of inventory of pesticides is performed from annually purchased amount of pesticides within the amounts in the direction of expenses in the appropriate budget program according to the Budget code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.".

2. To provide to committee of the state inspection in agro-industrial complex of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.
