About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2006 No. 968 and of December 31, 2014 No. 1297

Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2006 No. 968 "Questions of the Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities of the Republic of Belarus":

in preamble of the word "For the purpose of Realization" shall be replaced with words "On the basis";

in Item 1:

to exclude the word "enclosed" from paragraph one;

paragraphs two and third to add with the word "(is applied)";

in Regulations on the Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities of the Republic of Belarus approved by this resolution:

to exclude from subitem 4.24 of item 4 of the word "according to appendix 1";

to exclude subitem 6.3 of Item 6;

1.2. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 31, 2014 No. 1297 "About provision of rent housing":

in Regulations on the procedure for provision of rent housing approved by this resolution:

add the Provision with Item 3-1 of the following content:

"3-1. Information on availability of rent housing in again built apartment houses (the location, quantitative and high-quality structure, the characteristic, improvement level, the amount of payment for use) and circulation period behind its provision is placed local executive and administrative organs, the organizations under which authority premises not later than in seven-day time from decision date about inclusion of premises in structure of rent housing are.";

the item 4 after the word "is placed" to add with the words "no later than five working days from the date of the termination of such term or term determined according to part three of Item 7 of this provision";
