1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 28, 2022 No. 168 "Questions of some payments to the military personnel, faces of the private and the commanding structure, to police and their families during action of warlike situation" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 25, the Art. 1253, the Art. 1304, No. 27, the Art. 1485, No. 29, the Art. 1577) - with the changes made by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 1, 2022 No. 754, changes which are applied.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication and is applied since February 24, 2022.

Changes which are made to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 28, 2022 No. 168

1. In Item 1:

In paragraph one of the word and figures "extra fee in the amount of 30000 hryvnias monthly" shall be replaced with words 1) and in figures "extra fee in the amount up to 30000 hryvnias is pro rata per month";

2) to add Item after paragraph one with the new paragraph of the following content:

"Charge and tax payment, charges, fees in the relevant budgets is performed according to the procedure, determined by the legislation, as for cash cover.".
