According to part two of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About technical regulations and assessment of conformity"; to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 16, 2015 No. 1057 "About determination of fields of activity in which the central executive bodies and the Security Service of Ukraine perform functions of technical regulation"; I ORDER to the Regulations on the Department of Energy of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 17, 2020 No. 507,:
1. Approve the Technical regulation of energy marking of energy-requiring products which is attached.
2. Power - and resursoeffektivny policy in the procedure established by the legislation to provide to management concerning forming submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective since August 1, 2023.
4. I reserve control of execution of this order.
