Procedure for provision of electronic public services in the automatic mode

1. This Procedure determines procedure for granting of the electronic public services provided in the automatic mode by software of information and communication systems without additional processing by subjects of provision of electronic public services in real time or with the postponed condition based on statements (addresses, requests) the subjects of the address sent electronically with use of means of the Single state web portal of electronic services (further - the Action Portal).

2. In this Procedure terms are used in the value given in the Laws of Ukraine "About features of provision public (electronic public) services", "About electronic documents and electronic document management", "About electronic confidential services", "About information security in information and communication systems", other regulatory legal acts governing the relations on questions which constitute subject of legal regulation of this Procedure.

3. Electronic public services in the automatic mode are provided with reflection in information and communication systems of the data specified by subjects of the address in the corresponding statements (addresses, requests).
