About approval of Changes in some orders of the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine

According to Articles 11, of 16, 17 Laws of Ukraine "About social services", Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 17, 2015 No. 423, order:

1. Approve Changes in some orders of the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine which are attached.

2. To management of development of social services and protection of the rights of children (P.C. Sausage) to provide submission in accordance with the established procedure of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister Lebedtsov B. B.

Changes in some orders of the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine

1. In the State standard of day care approved by the order of the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine of July 30, 2013 No. 452, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 09, 2013 for No. 1363/23895:

Item 1.1 of the Section I to add 1) with the new paragraph of the following content:

"In case of introduction of emergency or warlike situation in Ukraine or its certain areas, availability of threat of life or to health of persons determined in Item 1.2 of the Section I of this State standard, the social service of day care can be provided urgently (krizisno). The special requirements to its content, amount, conditions and procedure for provision established in the Section XVII of this State standard are in that case applied.";

To add 2) with the new Section of the following content:

"XVII. Features of provision of social service of day care urgently (krizisno) in the conditions of emergency or warlike situation

17.1. The social service of day care is provided urgently (krizisno) after implementation of assessment of the situation in which there is receiver of social service which is performed according to its address (written or oral) within a day from the date of receipt of the corresponding address. By results of assessment the statement of provision to full age person of social services urgently (krizisno) in the form approved by the order of the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine of April 18, 2022 No. 135, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 12, 2022 for No. 512/37848 (further - the act) is drawn up in which the list of priority actions within provision of social service of day care is determined. The act is created within a month since the beginning of provision of social service of day care. By results of work in the act information on need of continuation of provision of social service of day care is specified what the structural division concerning social protection of the population, with the direction of one copy of the act is notified on.

17.2. The basis for receipt of social service of day care is the decision on provision of social service of day care which is made by structural division concerning social protection of the population or the subject providing social service according to the Law of Ukraine "On social services". The decision is made instantly and within one days provision of social service of day care is provided. The term of provision of social service of day care is determined individually.

17.3. In case of provision of social service of day care urgently (krizisno) creation of the individual plan and the conclusion of the agreement on provision of social service of day care is not performed.

In case of need throughout provision of social service of day care which was given urgently (krizisno) the subject providing social service performs estimation of individual requirements, constitutes the individual plan and signs the agreement on its provision.
