1. Approve Rules of rendering tourist services (are applied).

2. Establish standard form of the agreement of rendering tourist services according to appendix.

3. And the tourism of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 29, 2006 No. 963, to exclude the paragraph of the twenty sixth of subitem 6.8 of Item 6 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Sport.

4. Declare invalid:

the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 12, 2014 No. 1064 "About approval of Rules of rendering tourist services";

the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 13, 2017 No. 282 "About modification of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 12, 2014 No. 1064".

5. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2023.

Subject of this agreement

1. The contractor shall on the instructions of the customer according to the program of tourist travel according to appendix 1 render tourist services to persons according to appendix 2, being tourists, tourists (further, unless otherwise specified, – tourists), and the customer shall pay these services.

General terms

2. In case of the conclusion of this agreement for benefit of the third parties (tourists) the customer shall provide accomplishment by these persons of terms of this agreement and expresses that their consent to terms of this agreement.

3. Tourists have the right to demand from the contractor of rendering tourist services to them according to the program of tourist travel according to appendix 1.
