About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of June 7, 2022 No. 363/13
Based on part two of article 39 of the Bank code of the Republic of Belarus, subitem 2.9 of Item 2 of article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 22, 2003 No. 226-Z "About currency control and currency exchange control", Item 16 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 14, 2022 "About additional measures for ensuring stable functioning of economy" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and National Bank of the Republic of Belarus DECIDE No. 93:
1. Bring in Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of June 7, 2022 No. 363/13 "About carrying out by legal entities - residents of the transactions connected with export" the following changes:
in paragraph three of subitem 1.2 of the word "to transfer into the account of this legal entity - the resident, opened in bank of the Republic of Belarus," shall be replaced with words "to delivery in cash desk of the legal entity - the resident, or to employees of service of collection, or in the servicing bank of the Republic of Belarus, its division or other bank of the Republic of Belarus";
add Item with subitems 1.4 and 1.5 of the following content:
"1.4. the cash foreign currency received by the legal entity - the resident according to subitem 1.1 of this Item, is subject to check on its authenticity and solvency taking into account requirements of the regulatory legal acts regulating cash circulation including the organization of cash work in banks of the Republic of Belarus;
