1. Approve enclosed:

Rules of forming and maintaining the list of persons for benefit of which money transfers, including electronic money, and acceptance of payments of physical persons and legal entities are limited;

the scope of information, persons included in the list for benefit of whom money transfers, including electronic money, and the acceptance of payments of physical persons and legal entities approved with the Central bank of the Russian Federation are limited.

2. Approve the enclosed Rules of forming and maintaining the list of the foreign payment service providers rendering services in acceptance of payments, money transfer approved with the Central bank of the Russian Federation including electronic money, by implementation of transactions with use of electronic instruments of payment at the request of physical person or legal entity for benefit of the foreign person performing activities on the Internet in the territory of the Russian Federation, data on whom are included in the list of persons for benefit of whom money transfers, including electronic money, and acceptance of payments of physical persons and legal entities, and also the scope of information included in the specified list of foreign payment service providers are limited.

3. This resolution is effective within 6 years from the date of its entry into force.
