2. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2022 and is effective till September 1, 2028.

Rules of submission of information in the state information system of electronic carriage documents

1. These rules establish the list of types of information, represented to the state information system of electronic carriage documents (further - the state information system), conditions, procedure, terms and formats of submission of such information, and also procedure for access of public authorities of the Russian Federation and operators of information systems of electronic carriage documents (further - information system) to information containing in the state information system.

2. The term of submission of the electronic carriage documents and data containing in them the operator of information system in the state information system shall not exceed 10 minutes from the moment of receipt of such information from participants of information exchange which are the consignor, carrier, the consignee, the freighter and the freighter.
