About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

In pursuance of paragraph two of article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 14, 2022 "About change of the Code of the Republic of Belarus about education" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 154-Z

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in Regulations on the procedure for confirmation and calculation of length of service for purpose of pensions approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 24, 1992 No. 777:

in Item part one 33, the word "postgraduate" to replace Item 49 parts two with the word "scientific oriented";

state Item 36 in the following edition:

"36. The periods of detention, serving sentence in the form of arrest, imprisonment, imprisonments for certain term, life imprisonment, lifelong imprisonment, the reference, the period from the date of the introduction in legal force of the court verdict to capital punishment about day of its execution in case of unreasonable criminal prosecution and the subsequent rehabilitation are confirmed by documents of the organizations performing punishments, on duration of the specified periods and documents on rehabilitation (the certificate of judicial authorities, bodies of prosecutor's office, inquiry and pretrial investigation of pronouncement of the verdict of not guilty or resolution on the termination of preliminary inquiry or criminal prosecution).";
