About procedure for provision of payments to citizens of the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, Ukraine and to the stateless persons which by force left the territories of the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, Ukraine and which arrived to the territory of the Russian Federation

In pursuance of the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of August 27, 2022 No. 586 "About payments to citizens of the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, Ukraine and to the stateless persons which by force left the territories of the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, Ukraine and which arrived to the territory of the Russian Federation" the Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve enclosed:

Rules of provision of payments to citizens of the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, Ukraine and to the stateless persons which by force left the territories of the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, Ukraine and which arrived to the territory of the Russian Federation;

the approximate application form about purpose of payments to citizens of the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, Ukraine and to the stateless persons which by force left the territories of the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, Ukraine and which arrived to the territory of the Russian Federation.

2. Determine that operation of this resolution does not extend to persons recognized as refugees according to the Federal Law "About Refugees".

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication and extends to the legal relationship which arose since July 1, 2022.
