About modification of the Regulations on voluntary forming of territorial communities

Bring in the Regulations on voluntary forming of territorial communities approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 29, 2021 No. 1449 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 10, the Art. 517), changes which are applied.

1. State item 4 in the following edition:
"4. Members of voluntary forming in case of accomplishment of tasks of territorial defense have the right to use individual hunting weapon, small arms, other types of arms and ammunition to them according to Procedure for application by members of voluntary forming of territorial communities of individual hunting weapon, small arms, other types of arms and ammunition to them during execution of tasks of territorial defense approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 29, 2021 No. 1448 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 10, of the Art. 516).".

"10. One copy of the protocol is stored by members of initiative group. Two copies of the protocol are transferred to local government body in the territory of which implementation of powers voluntary forming, one of which together with the decision of relevant organ of local self-government on approval of formation of voluntary forming and the recommendation of appointment of the candidate for position of the commander of voluntary forming goes further to the commander of the relevant military unit Sil of territorial defense of Armed Forces, will function.".
