About registration of public associations

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of registration of public associations.

2. Establish the following amount of the registration fee levied for registration of public associations:

local public associations - the sixfold size of basic size;

national public associations - the tenfold size of basic size;

the international public associations - the forty-multiple size of basic size, including 50 percent in foreign currency.

For registration of public associations of disabled people, veterans, youth public associations the specified amount of collection decreases by 50 percent.

Children's public associations are exempted from payment of the registration fee.

For registration of subsequent changes and amendments of charters of the public associations which are not attracting change of their status, the registration fee it is levied in the amount of 20 percent from the amount of the collection paid for registration of public association.

For re-registration of the public associations which changed the status, the registration fee it is levied in the amount of 50 percent from the amount of the collection paid for registration of public association (including in foreign currency for the public associations which extended the activities to the territory of foreign state).

In case of re-registration of earlier registered public associations 50 percent from the amount of the collection paid for registration of public association are levied.

3. For issue of duplicates of the registration certificate, charter of public association 20 percent from the amount of the collection paid for registration of public association are levied.

4. The amount of the collectable registration fees is in accordance with the established procedure credited in the income of the Government budget of Turkmenistan.
