Based on subitem 1.4 of Item 1 and Item 3 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 25, 2022 "About development of republican monitoring system of public safety" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 69
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for determination of economically reasonable costs of cost of works (services) in content and operation of republican monitoring system of public safety taking into account profitability it (is applied).
2. Establish the size of cost of works (services) in content and operation of republican monitoring system of public safety (further, unless otherwise specified, – monitoring system) according to appendix 1.
Offers on change of the size of cost of works (services) established in appendix 1, are introduced if necessary by the Ministry of Communications and Informatization annually till April 1 in Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus.
According to the offer of the Ministry of Communications and Informatization within year reduction of the size of cost of works (services) established in appendix 1, is allowed if the profitability used for determination of the amount of the profit which is subject to inclusion in the cost of works (services) exceeds 9 percent, or increase in such size in the presence of the corresponding economic case.
