About import licensing of separate types of goods from wood

Based on article 47 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014, subitem 1.5 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 5, 2016 "About state regulation of foreign trade activity" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 124

1. Determine that import to the Republic of Belarus of the goods from wood according to appendix coming from the countries of the European Union in case of their room under customs procedures of release for internal consumption (except for rooms under customs procedure of release for internal consumption for the purpose of completion of action of customs procedure of free customs zone) and free customs zone is performed under the one-time licenses granted by the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade in coordination with the Belarusian production and trade concern forest, woodworking and pulp and paper industry (further – Bellesbumprom concern) according to the procedure, similar by the established Rules of issue of licenses and import permits and (or) commodity import provided by appendix to the Protocol on measures of non-tariff regulation concerning the third countries (appendix No. 7 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014).

2. For receipt of approval of licensing the interested person addresses to Bellesbumprom concern with submission of the following documents:

the letter in any form to approve licensing with reasonable request;
