About approval of some regulations

In pursuance of the Law on compulsory medical insurance No. 1585-XIII of February 27, 1998. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1998, Art. No. 38-39, 280), the Law on the size, procedure and payment due dates of fees of compulsory medical insurance No. 1593-XV of December 26, 2002. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2003, Art. No. 18-19, 57) and Art. 9 of the Law on funds of compulsory medical insurance for 2006 No. 339-XVI of December 16, 2005. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2005, Art. No. 176-181 875) DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve:

Regulations on procedure for filling, issue and accounting of policies of compulsory medical insurance according to appendix No. 1;

Regulations on control of payment of fees of compulsory medical insurance in the form of fixed amount according to appendix No. 2.

2. The national company of medical insurance to take necessary measures for ensuring the corresponding execution of requirements of the specified provisions.
