About change of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus

For the purpose of enhancement of activities for control of target use of military products I decide:

1. Make changes to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of October 16, 2007 No. 519 "About some features of the order military products" (appendix).

2. In six-months time to provide to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus reduction of acts of the legislation in compliance with this Decree and to take other measures for its realization.

3. This Decree becomes effective in the following procedure:

Item 1 - in six months after official publication of this Decree;

other provisions of this Decree - after its official publication.

The list of the changes made to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of October 16, 2007 No. 519

1. State the name in the following edition:

"About the order military products".

2. In Item 1:

exclude the word "enclosed";

add Item with the word "(is applied)".

3. In Regulations on procedure for the order the military products which are in the operational management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ministry of Defence, Committee for State Security and State boundary committee approved by the Decree:
