About approval of Changes in the Procedure for accomplishment of customs formalities when implementing transit movements
According to part two of Article 246 of the Customs code of Ukraine, I ORDER to the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, for the purpose of optimization of work of officials of customs authorities and acceleration of passing of control procedures on border:
1. Approve Changes in the Procedure for accomplishment of customs formalities when implementing transit movements approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of October 09, 2012 No. 1066, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 19, 2012 for No. 2120/22432, which are applied.
2. To the State Customs Service of Ukraine to finish the software taking into account requirements of this order.
3. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of customs policy:
submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;
promulgation of this order.
4. This order becomes effective in 10 days from the date of its official publication.
5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the Deputy Minister of Finance of Ukraine concerning the European integration Draganchuk Yu. A. and Chairman of the State Customs Service of Ukraine.
