Some questions of registration, production of the documents confirming appointment to person of pension in the conditions of warlike situation

According to part four of article 44 of the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national pension insurance", to Items 9, 10 Regulations on the Pension fund of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of July 23, 2014 No. 280, Board of the Pension fund of Ukraine

DECIDES:

1. Determine that during action of warlike situation in the territory of Ukraine and within three months after its termination or cancellation, Item 5 of Section 2 "Sample and the description of the form of the pension certificate", the registration given in appendix 2 to the Procedure, production and issue of the documents confirming appointment to the face of pension approved by the resolution of board of the Pension fund of Ukraine of November 03, 2017 No. 26-1, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 04, 2017 for No. 1464/31332, is not applied.

2. To department concerning digital development, digital transformations and digitalizations (Borshovskaya V.) together with legal department (Ryabtseva T.) submit this resolution on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
