About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus of February 11, 2022 No. 9

Based on the paragraph of third Item 3 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 25, 2021 No. 240 "About the ministerial procedures performed concerning subjects of managing" of subitem 5.1 of Item 5 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 29, 2011 No. 867, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus of February 11, 2022 No. 9 "About approval of regulations of ministerial procedures" the following changes:

1.1. in Regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing, according to subitem 7.13.1 "Receipt of the breeding certificate confirming origin and breeding (genetic) value of breeding animal, breeding herd for the purposes of realization of breeding products (material) for export", approved by this resolution:

in the name of the word "for export" shall be replaced with words "out of limits of the Republic of Belarus";

in Item 1:

in subitem 1.1 to replace the word "BELPLEMZhIVOBEDINENIE" with the word "Belplemzhivobjedineniye";

the paragraph one of subitem 1.2 to state in the following edition:

"1.2. the regulatory legal acts, the international agreements of the Republic of Belarus, the international legal acts containing the obligations of the Republic of Belarus regulating procedure of ministerial procedure:";

state Item 2 in the following edition:

"2. The documents and (or) data necessary for implementation of ministerial procedure represented by the interested person:

In case of filing of application the authorized body has the right to demand from the interested person the documents provided in paragraphs the second or seventh part one of Item 2 of article 15 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About bases of ministerial procedures".";

from the column "Name of the Document" of Item 3 of the word"," to exclude confirmatory origin and breeding (genetic) value of breeding animal, breeding herd for the purposes of realization of breeding products (material) for export;

add Regulations with appendix it (is applied);

1.2. in Regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing, according to subitem 7.13.3 "Receipt of the breeding certificate confirming origin and breeding (genetic) value of breeding animal, breeding herd for the purposes of realization of breeding products (material) in the Republic of Belarus", approved by this resolution:

in the name of the word "in the Republic of Belarus" shall be replaced with words "within the Republic of Belarus";

the paragraph one of subitem 1.2 of Item 1 to state in the following edition:

"1.2. the regulatory legal acts, the international agreements of the Republic of Belarus, the international legal acts containing the obligations of the Republic of Belarus regulating procedure of ministerial procedure:";

the second Item 2 to state part in the following edition:

2. This resolution becomes effective since October 27, 2022.
