About approval of regulations of ministerial procedures in the field of pricing

Based on the paragraph of third of article 9-1 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2008 No. 433-Z "About bases of ministerial procedures", subitem 6.49 of Item 6 of the Regulations on the Ministry of the anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 6, 2016 No. 702, the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve:

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing on podpunktu1 8.8-1.1 "Approval of increase in selling price on goods" (are attached);

The regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing according to subitem 8.8-1.2 "Approval of establishment of selling price on goods" (are attached).
