About introduction of amendments to some orders of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan

I ORDER:

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to some orders of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. To provide to department on intellectual property rights in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order;

2) placement of this order on official Internet resource of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Changes which are made to some orders of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. In the order of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 29, 2018 No. 1316 "About approval of Rules of carrying out certification of persons applying for occupation activities of the patent agent, registration in the register of patent agents and entering of changes into it" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 17322) to make the following changes:

be reworded as follows appendix 1 according to appendix 1 to these changes which are made to some orders of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – Changes);

be reworded as follows appendix 3 according to appendix 2 to these Changes.

3. In the order of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 29, 2018 No. 1342 "About approval of Rules of entering of topology into the State register of topology of integral chips and issue of registration certificates, certificates of authors" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 17397) to make the following changes:

For receipt of the state service the physical and (or) legal entity (further – uslugopoluchatel) directs through the portal applications with the application of documents specified in Item 8 of the list of the main requirements to rendering the state service "Registration of Topology of Integral Chips" according to appendix 1 (further – the list), in electronic form, signed by the EDS, according to appendix 2 to these rules.";
