For the purpose of effective customs control of the goods crossing border of the Republic of Moldova, identification and single classification of homogeneous goods according to the Combined commodity nomenclature approved by the Law No. 172/2014 (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2014, No. 231-237, the Art. 529), and also based on part (3) Article 141-2 of the Customs code of the Republic of Moldova No. 1149/2000 (переопубликован in Monitorul Oficial, special release of January 1 2007), with subsequent changes and amendments, I ORDER:

1. Approve Methodology about classification of some types of goods (according to appendix No. 1).

2. To assign execution of this Order to chiefs of customs.

3. Recognize invalid Orders of Customs Service (according to appendix No. 2).

4. This Order becomes effective from the date of publication in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova.
