About approval of Regulations about classification of separate goods according to the Combined commodity nomenclature

Based on part (5) Article 54 of the Customs code of the Republic of Moldova of the Law No. 95/2021 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2021, 238), with subsequent changes, I ORDER to Art. No. 219-225,:

1. Approve Regulations about classification of separate goods according to the Combined commodity nomenclature, according to appendix;

2. Recognize to invalid:

1) Order of the director of Customs Service No. 372-O/2021 on approval of Methodology on classification of some types of goods (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2021, Art. No. 325-333 1483);

2) Order of the director of Customs Service No. 373-O/2021 on approval of Methodology on classification of some types of goods (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2021, Art. No. 325-333 1484);

3) Order of the director of Customs Service No. 374-O/2021 on approval of Methodology on classification of some types of goods (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2021, Art. No. 325-333 1485);

4) Order of the director of Customs Service No. 375-O/2021 on approval of Methodology on classification of some types of goods (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2021, Art. No. 325-333 1486).

3. To assign execution of this order to chiefs of customs.

4. To charge control of execution of this order to Management of customs value, classification and goods origin.

5. This order becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
