About modification of Rules of crossing of frontier by citizens of Ukraine

Bring in the Rules of crossing of frontier by citizens of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 27, 1995 No. 57 (ZP of Ukraine, 1995, No. 4, Art. 92; The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2010, No. 65, the Art. 2239), change which is applied.

Add Rules with Item 2-13 of the following content:
"2-13. In case of introduction in the territory of Ukraine of warlike situation the omission through frontier of citizens of male Ukraine aged from 18 up to 60 years which concern to aviation personnel are the state inspectors of aviation supervision or persons authorized on conducting checks of State aviaservice and employees of the State air enterprise "Ukraine" if they go for work (execution of service duties) abroad or training preparation, it is performed by authorized officers of State frontier service on condition of accomplishment of rules of crossing of frontier of Ukraine, availability of supporting documents.
Supporting documents for the aviation personnel working for the subject of aviation activities (resident) are:
the copy of the signed employment contract (contract) certified by the subject of aviation activities (resident) or the signed contract for passing of training preparation between the subject of aviation activities or face of aviation personnel and the organization which is placed outside Ukraine;
the confirmation provided by State aviaservice that person treats aviation personnel and has the appropriate certificate (certificate);
