Based on the paragraph of third Item 3 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 25, 2021 No. 240 "About the ministerial procedures performed concerning subjects of managing" of subitem 6.49 of Item 6 of the Regulations on the Ministry of the anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 6, 2016 No. 702, the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in Regulations of the ministerial procedure performed concerning subjects of managing, according to subitem 8.3.2 "Approval of the inventory, obligatory to availability for realization in the shopping facility", No. approved by the resolution of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus of October 21, 2022 63, the following changes:

to add subitem 1.2 of Item 1 with paragraphs of the following content:

"the resolution of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus of November 19, 2020 No. 74 "About inventories";

the resolution of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus of April 7, 2021 No. 23 "About classification of shopping facilities by types and types";";

to be reworded as follows appendix 2 to these Regulations it (is applied).
