About change of presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make changes to presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus (appendix 1).

2. Recognize invalid presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus (appendix 2).

3. Determine that to persons accepted (enlisted) in institutions of higher education for receipt of the higher education till September 1, 2022, and to persons who filed till December 31, 2022 documents to institutions of higher education of agricultural profile for receipt of the higher education in the correspondence and remote forms or in organizations of education for receipt of secondary vocational education in internal (evening), correspondence and remote forms on the specialties of the directions of education "Agricultural industry" and "Water transport" completing development of contents of the appropriate educational programs according to the legislation on education existing till September 1, 2022 for determination of code and the name of profiles of education, the directions of education, groups of specialties, specialties, the directions of specialties, specializations OKRB 011-2009 "Specialties and qualifications" are applied the Nation-wide qualifier of the Republic of Belarus, regulations of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of September 6, 2011 No. 398 "About social support of students" in the edition operating till September 1, 2022.

4. In three-months time to provide to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus reduction of acts of the legislation in compliance with this Decree and to take other measures for its realization.

5. This Decree becomes effective after its official publication.

Action of Items 1-3 of this Decree extends to the relations which arose since September 1, 2022.
