RESOLUTION OF THE MINISTRY OF ANTI-MONOPOLY REGULATION AND TRADE OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

About change of the resolution of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus of November 19, 2020 No. 74

Based on paragraph two of subitem 1.11 of Item 1 of article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 8, 2014 No. 128-Z "About state regulation of trade and public catering", subitem 6.49 of Item 6 of the Regulations on the Ministry of the anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 6, 2016 No. 702, of part one of Item 13 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 19, 2022 No. 713 "About system of price regulation" the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus of November 19, 2020 No. 74 "About inventories" the following changes:

add the resolution with Item 1-1 of the following content:

"1-1. Determine that the inventory, obligatory to availability for realization in the shopping facility, joins the goods which are subject to inclusion in the specified list according to appendices 1-9.

The goods obligatory to availability for realization in the shopping facility, are determined depending on type and type (in the presence) of the shopping facility, the size of its floor space (in the presence), specializations.

The inventory, obligatory to availability for realization in the shopping facility, is not required in case of sales of goods in the shopping facilities specified in Item 6 of the Regulations on procedure for development and approval of the assortment inventory approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 22, 2014 No. 703.";

in appendix 1 to this resolution:
