About inventories
Based on paragraph two of subitem 1.11 of Item 1 of article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 8, 2014 No. 128-Z "About state regulation of trade and public catering", subitem 6.49 of Item 6 of the Regulations on the Ministry of the anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 6, 2016 No. 702, the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Establish:
1.1. the inventory, subject to inclusion by subjects of trade in the inventories obligatory to availability for realization in the shopping facility, for grocery unspecialized stores with universal range of goods, according to appendix 1;
1.2. the inventory, subject to inclusion by subjects of trade in the inventories obligatory to availability for realization in the shopping facility, for grocery specialized stores, according to appendix 2;
1.3. the inventory, subject to inclusion by subjects of trade in the inventories obligatory to availability for realization in the shopping facility, for booths, pavilions, autoshops, grocery unspecialized stores with the combined or mixed range of goods, according to appendix 3;
1.4. the inventory, subject to inclusion by subjects of trade in the inventories obligatory to availability for realization in the shopping facility, for nonfood unspecialized shops with the universal or combined range of goods, nonfood specialized shops, according to appendix 4;
1.5. the inventory, subject to inclusion by subjects of trade in the inventories obligatory to availability for realization in the shopping facility, for booths, pavilions, autoshops, nonfood unspecialized shops with the mixed range of goods, according to appendix 5;
1.8. the inventory, subject to inclusion by subjects of trade in the inventories obligatory to availability for realization in the shopping facility, for booths, pavilions, shops located at gas stations according to appendix 8;
1.9. the inventory, subject to inclusion by subjects of trade in the inventories obligatory to availability for realization in the shopping facility, for grocery and nonfood stores like "discounter", according to appendix 9.
1-1. No. 46 is excluded according to the Resolution of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus of 08.07.2024
2. Recognize to invalid:
the resolution of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus of June 27, 2017 No. 28 "About inventories";
the resolution of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus of October 8, 2018 No. 77 "About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus of June 27, 2017 No. 28";

3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
