About change of the resolution of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus of November 19, 2020 No. 74
Based on paragraph two of subitem 1.11 of Item 1 of article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 8, 2014 No. 128-Z "About state regulation of trade and public catering", subitem 6.49 of Item 6 of the Regulations on the Ministry of the anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 6, 2016 No. 702, the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus of November 19, 2020 No. 74 "About inventories" the following changes:
in subitems 1.1-1.9 of Item 1 of the word "assortment inventories" shall be replaced with words "inventories, obligatory to availability for realization in the shopping facility,";
exclude Item 1-1;
in appendix 1 to this resolution:
