The government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Determine that Corrected provisions of payments to citizens of the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, Ukraine and to the stateless persons which by force left the territories of the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, Ukraine and which arrived to the territory of the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 2, 2022 No. 1547 "About procedure for provision of payments to citizens of the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, Ukraine and to the stateless persons which by force left the territories of the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, Ukraine and which arrived to the territory of the Russian Federation" (further - Rules), are applied to the relations connected with appointment and implementation of the payments established by the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of August 27, 2022 No. 586 "About payments to citizens of the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic Ukraine and to the stateless persons which by force left the territories of the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, Ukraine and which arrived to the territory of the Russian Federation" (further - payments), to separate categories of citizens and persons, the stipulated in Item 2 presents of the resolution, in the part which is not settled by this resolution.
