1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning implementation of purchases of goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs and purchases of goods, works, services with separate types of legal entities.

2. Recognize to invalid:

the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 26, 1997 No. 1222 "About products which are purchased for the state needs without tendering (tenders)" (The Russian Federation Code, 1997, No. 40, the Art. 4591);

item 4 of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 25, 1998 No. 651 "About measures of the state support of development of industrial production of domestic recombinant vaccine against hepatitis B" (The Russian Federation Code, 1998, No. 26, the Art. 3096);

Item 9 of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 9, 1999 No. 26 "About financing in 1999 of expenses of the federal budget on payment of food and the material resources delivered from Ukraine for needs of federal executive bodies and other receivers of means of the federal budget on account of debt repayment for Russian gas supplies" (The Russian Federation Code, 1999, No. 3, the Art. 339);

the subitem "b" of Item 1 of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 3, 1999 No. 984 "About modification of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 9, 1999 No. 26" (The Russian Federation Code, 1999, No. 37, the Art. 4487);

provisions of Items 7, of 18 and 19 changes approved by this resolution are applied to the relations connected with implementation of purchases of goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs, notices on which implementation are placed in unified information system in the field of purchases (further, - unified information system), invitations to take part in determination of the supplier (the contractor, the contractor) on which are directed after day of entry into force of this resolution;

provisions of paragraphs of the ninth - the nineteenth subitem "d" of Item of 20 changes approved by this resolution are applied when implementing purchases of goods, works, services to ensuring the state and municipal needs, notices on which implementation are placed in unified information system since January 1, 2023;
