2. To fund of state-owned property to promulgate form of the reference of the asset holder of leased state-owned property on own official website.

"4-1) according to lease agreements of state-owned property, acting as of February 24, 2022 or the prisoner after such date by results of the auctions which took place on February 24, 2022 or earlier lessees who are port operators are exempted from the rent and use the property located in seaports Odessa, Chernomorsk, Youzhny, Nikolaev, Olviya, Belgorod-Dniester since February 24, 2022 and until complete recovery of mercantile shipping or establishment by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of level of protection in the provided seaports below, than level 3 in each of the specified seaports. Provisions of this subitem are not applied since August 1, 2022 to lessees who fully or partially perform activities with use of leased property or transferred him to use to the third parties. Release from the rent is provided by the separate solution of the lessor according to the address of the lessee. The basis for decision making about release from the rent is the reference of the asset holder of the corresponding leased state-owned property in the form established by Fund of state-owned property that the lessee of such property during month under report did not use such property in the activities. The specified reference is provided to the lessor no later than the 10th following for reporting, and the reference from August 1 till September 30, 2022 - no later than November 10, 2022;".
