1. Approve Regulations on procedure for the direction of fund of the innovative development created by the scientific and technological park it (is applied).
2. Operation of this resolution does not extend to the direction of fund of the innovative development created by the scientific and technological park within the contracts between the scientific and technological park and its residents signed before entry into force of this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.

1. This Provision determines procedure for the direction of fund of the innovative development (further - fund) created by the scientific and technological park (further - technopark).
