About introduction of amendments to the order of the Ministry of Fuel and Energy of Ukraine of August 27, 2018 No. 448
According to the Law of Ukraine of February 15, 2022 to No. 2046-IX "About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning development of installations of storage of energy", Regulations on the Department of Energy of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of June 17, 2020 No. 507, for the purpose of reduction of the regulatory legal act in compliance with requirements of the legislation, I order:
1. Approve Changes in Rules about safety of the deliveries of electrical energy approved by the order of the Ministry of Fuel and Energy of Ukraine of August 27, 2018 No. 448, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 19, 2018 No. 1076/32528 (with changes) which are applied.
2. To provide to management of electrical power complex and market development of electrical energy:
submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure;
promulgation of this order on the official website of the Department of Energy of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy minister Vlasenko Yury.
