About the tariff quotas on import of pork and fowl in 2023

Based on subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 5, 2016 No. 124 "About state regulation of foreign trade activity" and Decisions of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of August 23, 2022 No. 119 "About establishment for 2023 of the tariff quotas concerning separate types of the agricultural goods imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union, and also amounts of the tariff quotas concerning these goods imported in the territory of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union" Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. To the Ministry of Agriculture and Food:

1.1. determine for 2023 by areas amounts of the tariff quotas on import to the territory of the Republic of Belarus of pork * and fowl ** based on the analysis of the indicators of self-produced production registered in the location in the territory of areas and Minsk of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs registered at the place of residence (further - the registered legal entities and individual entrepreneurs) taking into account their production capacities and raw material resources it is pro rata to specific weight of areas in self-produced production by means of the edition of the local legal act and till December 15, 2022 to bring them to the attention of regional executive committees;
