About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring the enclosed changes in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication.

Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. The resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 30, 2013 No. 62 "About approval of the Technical regulation of safety of machines" (2013, No. 9, the Art. 344) to add the Official Bulletin of Ukraine with Item 2-1 of the following content:

"2-1. Determine that before the termination or cancellation of warlike situation in Ukraine and within 90 calendar days after its termination or cancellation provision in the market and/or commissioning of products (except system of uninterrupted power supply) included in the subsection "Other" of the Section "The Medical Products, the Medical Equipment and Other Goods Necessary for Implementation of the Actions Directed to Prevention of Origin and Distribution, Localization and Liquidation of Flashes, Epidemics and Pandemics of Sharp Respiratory Disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2 Caused by Coronavirus" of the inventory (including medicines, medical products and/or the medical equipment), the actions, necessary for accomplishment, directed to prevention of origin and distribution, localization and liquidation of flashes is allowed epidemics and pandemics of sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2, of transaction caused by coronavirus on import of which to customs area of Ukraine and/or transaction on delivery of which to customs area of Ukraine are exempted from taxation on value added and exempted from payment of import duty, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of March 20, 2020. No. 224 (Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2020, No. 26, Art. 971, No. 33, Art. 1113, No. 60, Art. 1903; 2022, No. 80, the Art. 4864), - with the changes made by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 9, 2022 No. 1260, to which extends action of the Technical regulation approved by this resolution, without availability of the declaration of conformity or the declaration on embedding of the incomplete machine and not marked mark of conformity to technical regulations.".

2. The resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 16, 2015 No. 1067 "About approval of the Technical regulation of the low-voltage electric equipment" (2015, No. 102, the Art. 3526) to add the Official Bulletin of Ukraine with Item 3-1 of the following content:

"3-1. Determine that before the termination or cancellation of warlike situation in Ukraine and within 90 calendar days after its termination or cancellation provision in the market and/or commissioning of products (except system of uninterrupted power supply) included in the subsection "Other" of the Section "The Medical Products, the Medical Equipment and Other Goods Necessary for Implementation of the Actions Directed to Prevention of Origin and Distribution, Localization and Liquidation of Flashes, Epidemics and Pandemics of Sharp Respiratory Disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2 Caused by Coronavirus" of the inventory (including medicines, medical products and/or the medical equipment), the actions, necessary for accomplishment, directed to prevention of origin and distribution, localization and liquidation of flashes is allowed epidemics and pandemics of sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2, of transaction caused by coronavirus on import of which to customs area of Ukraine and/or transaction on delivery of which to customs area of Ukraine are exempted from taxation on value added and exempted from payment of import duty, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of March 20, 2020. 3. The resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 16, 2015 No. 1077 "About approval of the Technical regulation on electromagnetic compatibility of the equipment" (2016, No. 2, the Art. 72) to add the Official Bulletin of Ukraine with Item 3-1 of the following content:

"3-1. 4. The resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 13, 2016 No. 94 "About approval of the Technical regulation of legislatively regulated means of the measuring equipment" (2016, No. 16, the Art. 624) to add the Official Bulletin of Ukraine with Item 2-1 of the following content:

"2-1. The resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 4, 2019 No. 1186 "About approval of the Technical regulation of noise radiation to the environment from the equipment used outside of rooms" (2020, No. 23, the Art. 839) to add the Official Bulletin of Ukraine with Item 2-1 of the following content:

"2-1. No. 224 (Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2020, No. 26, Art. 971, No. 33, Art. 1113, No. 60, Art. 1903; 2022, No. 80, the Art. 4864), - with the changes made by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 9, 2022 No. 1260:
