About measures for support of the tourist industry, development of internal tourism and the international entrance tourism

In pursuance of the paragraph of the fourth 10, parts five of Item 2 of Article 30, of paragraph two of article 41 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of November 11, 2021 No. 129-Z "About tourism" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: Articles

1. Establish the first fee in fund of responsibility of tour operators in the amount of at least 1000 basic sizes.

2. Approve:

Regulations on procedure and conditions of creation and functioning of tourist information centers, and also their accounting (are applied);

The regulations on procedure for creation of tourist areas (are applied).

3. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

3.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 29, 2006 No. 963 "Questions of the Ministry of Sport and tourism of the Republic of Belarus":

in Item 6 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Sport and the tourism of the Republic of Belarus approved by this resolution:

state subitem 6.2 in the following edition:

"6.2. will organize development and implementation of state programs in the field of physical culture and sport and state programs in the field of tourism, analyzes the course of their accomplishment and prepares reports on their realization according to the procedure, established by the legislation;";

in subitem 6.8:

to exclude the word of "form" from the paragraph of the sixth;
