About approval of the Regulations on procedure for the organization and functioning of the Information system "Energy Vulnerability"

Based on part (1) article 6 of the Law No. 241/2022 on Fonda of decrease in energy vulnerability (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2022, Art. No. 246-250, 498) and Items c) and d) article 22 of the Law No. 467/2003 on informatization and the state information resources (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. No. 6-12, 44), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve Regulations on procedure for the organization and functioning of the Information system "Energy Vulnerability" it (is applied).

2. To provide to the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection as the holder of the Information system "Energy Vulnerability" conditions for its creation, administration, servicing and development according to the legislation and international treaties, one of the parties of which is the Republic of Moldova.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
